1. Be a gentleman. You can believe in women’s rights but that doesn’t mean you can’t open the door for her or pay for dinner. Chivalry goes a long way.

2. Listen carefully. If she has a story to tell, listen intently, repeat things back to her, nod and smile. Women will think you’re a great conversationalist sometimes by just listening and not talking.

3. Talk about the future. There’s no need to dwell on the past and talk about your psycho ex. She’s interested in her future with you so talk about what you have coming up.
