As you already know, women like men who are confident and attractive. While it’s not impossible to become confident and improve your attractiveness, it’s very difficult to do. Luckily for you there are other things that women are attracted to.

As Napoleon Dynamite said: “Girls only want boyfriends who have great skills”. That awkward high school kid was right. So what skills are women attracted to? Read on for five skills that every woman covets in a man.

1. Financial security. Women like kids, but they don’t want their boyfriend / husband to be one. Not all women necessarily seek men with a lot of money, but rather they want a man who will not leech off of them. They want a man who can support himself, and if need be, support her as well. So stay in school, get a good job, stay out of credit card debt and save your money.
2. Cooking. If you know how to cook you are a step ahead of the competition. Women are typically the ones who cook for their men. If you cook a dinner for a girl you’re dating it would be something she’s not used to. Women want a man who can take care of them and a man who knows how to cook demonstrates that.
3. Listener. As I’m sure you’re are, women love to talk. Yet few and far between are the men who like to listen to them. Men who want more luck with women need to develop the skill to how to properly listen to women. Listening to them isn’t judging them for their actions. Listening to them isn’t offering up unsolicited advice. Listening is just that, listening, understanding and genuinely caring about her problems.
4. Being handy. Women rarely know how to do “manly” things like fix a car, install electrical equipment, move furniture or change a tire. If you’re good with your hands then you can fulfill one of her needs. Think about it, if she hates spiders then she’ll be more interested in a guy who doesn’t mind getting rid of them for her.
5. Intelligence. Girls want a guy who they can carry an intelligent conversation with. They’re not necessarily interested in geniuses, but rather just someone who knows about current events, went to college and has traveled. That way, she has someone she has show off to others while at the same time someone she can learn from. Women want someone who can teach them things, show them new things and complete them.

I know the topic of this post sounds contradictory. Get girls without even trying? Not only is this possible, it’s the easiest way to land a hottie. So how is this possible? Ultimately, it all boils down to self confidence. When a man is full of confidence (yet not full of himself) it is simply irresistible to women.

So how can you show women that you’re a confident individual? The first thing you should do is look them in the eyes when you talk to them. Next, have a good posture and don’t slouch. Next, walk comfortably and talk with ease. Being a confident man isn’t about what you say, it’s how you say it. So with that in mind, don’t show off about what you have. Confident men don’t need to prove they are confident, their body exudes it.

Something else you can do is to act like you don’t like her. You can tease her. You can look away as she’s talking. You can tilt your body away from her. You can tell her you’ve got to go back with your friends in a minute. You see, women want a challenge. Beautiful women most likely get approached, get told how gorgeous they are and are offered drinks. What hot women really want is a confident man who wants a challenge.

So what do you have to tell women in order to pick them up? Have you not been paying attention? The answer is: anything. Again, it really doesn’t matter what you say, it’s how you say it. So forget all of those pick-up lines. There are no tricks to getting girls to like you. Just be your confident self and girls will be attracted to you.

Well keep in mind you don’t want to seem desperate and you wanna act like you’ve got it together. A good way to approach the conversation is to consider  being cocky but funny. Girls will be intrigued by a guy who acts like they are confident yet doesn’t let it over power their personality and can make them laugh.
