Online dating used to be taboo nowadays more and more singles are turning to the internet to help find love. With so many people out in this world we must not forget to keep a bit of a guard when it comes to finally meeting someone from the internet. Here are a few tips to abide by when going out on a date:
1. Arrange to meet somewhere- never let a date come to your house, or even know your address.
2. Meet in public places- coffee shops, shopping centers or even restaurants are great options
3. Limit Alcohol- We all know alcohol impairs our judgment. So keep the drinks to a minimum.
4. Instincts are usually right- If someone just doesn’t seem right, they probably aren’t.

I remember when online dating seemed so scary. It was taboo so many people put themselves in harms. I think its great to provide advice for people to stay safe and trust their instincts.
